My learning aims in the online world exam are:
- Explore the relationships between the hardware and software that form an IT system
- Explore the relationship between the user and the system.
- Examine issues related to the use of IT systems and the impact that they have on organisations
- Explore how IT systems enable organisations to access data, information and users locally and globally.
My thoughts about this unit
like i said before there are two exams within this course and the second one is Technology systems. I enjoyed this unit, probably more than the online world. There was a lot of things to learn, however some of the information I already knew which helped me out a lot.
When I got my exam results for the online world I wasn't that impressed so I made sure to double my efforts when revising for the technology systems exam. I received a grade higher, but then I found out I was only less than 5 marks away from getting a distinction!
This time round when I got to the 8 mark question I was prepared. I made sure to answer the question directly and not try to show the examiner everything that I know, but rather what they're asking me if I know.
